In the frame of International Women’s Day we would like to share with all the community the talk by PhD. Alessandra Abe Pasini as part of the last Plenary Latinxs in Space Geophysics: discussing gender Bias in ALAGE/COLAGE during the COLAGE XIII.
The talk emphasized the importance of creating a supportive and inclusive environment for women in science and astronomy, and advocated for greater awareness, education, and policy initiatives to promote gender equality.
