Sixteenth European Space Weather Week

CALL FOR ABSTRACTS

The list of ESWW2019 sessions is ready and presented in the web site . Thanks to many that committed to take care of a session, we can offer an excellent series of

  • Service Domain Plenary sessions;
  • Parallel Science and Research sessions; and
  • Parallel Open sessions.

The sessions are empty at the moment. We need your input and contributions to give content to the sessions.

Submission of contributions to sessions will be blank by default. The session conveners will assign the label ‘poster’ or ‘oral’. If you only want a poster and certainly no oral, you can indicate this choice in the submission form. 

The submission of contributions to sessions opens on April 15 and closes on June 9. 
You will be notified if, in case of acceptance, whether you have been assigned a poster or an oral presentation by July 10.

Note that poster submissions are possible until October 1.
